Who we are
lols.gg provides League of Legends name tools: a name checker, a permanent player tracker, and leaderboards. The site is free and supported by advertising. For contact options, see our contact page.
Data we collect
Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. These services set cookies and collect information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and pages visited. Their policies: Google, Yandex, Microsoft.
Error reports. When something breaks, technical details of the failed request (including your IP address and request headers) are sent to Sentry so we can fix the problem (Sentry's policy).
Preferences. We store your chosen region and language in cookies, and your light/dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. These are functional and are not used for tracking.
Game data. Names, Riot IDs, PUUIDs, levels, and match timestamps shown on this site are public game data retrieved from the Riot Games API. They describe game accounts, not site visitors, and are retained indefinitely as the historical record that powers the tracker.
Server logs. Standard web-server and CDN logs (Cloudflare) including IP addresses, kept for a short period for security and debugging.
Advertising
Ads on this site are served by NitroPay and its advertising partners (NitroPay's policy). Where required by law (e.g. in the EU/UK), a consent dialog is shown before any personalized advertising, and ad partners only process your data according to the choices you make there. Advertising cookies and identifiers may be used to serve and measure ads.
You can review or change your advertising consent at any time using the Manage Consent link in the footer of every page.
Your rights (GDPR/UK GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (via the footer consent link). California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Personalized advertising can involve the "sharing" of identifiers with ad partners. To opt out, use the Do Not Sell My Personal Information link that appears in the footer for California visitors, or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser.
